Accounts that are inactive, will move to inactive status after 180 days and will not be accessible to the end user. To resolve this, please send us an email to support@recordsdownload.com.
We do not serve Private Health Information by email. When you receive an email from Reports Source is only a notification, the report is not attached. If you need the report, you must login to your secure account and download.
From your account, you can view all your New, Downloaded and Offline reports. You can download files as many times as you need for Sixty 60 Days and request any report at any time, when it has been placed offline.
Our interface is very easy to use, when you receive an email file notification:
- Login to your account at https://www.recordsdownload.com/login
- Download new reports, under the "Reports = NEW" section.
- Download new notices, under the "Notices = NEW" section.
- You can download any file as many times as you need for 60 Days.
Perhaps, the report is not ready and has not been upload it to your account. Please do the following:
- Fill out the report request form.
- Be specific on the type of report needed, under "Special Instructions".
- We will contact the facility on your behalf and try to get the report.
- If the report is ready, we will e-serve it to your account.
- A notification will be send to your email on file.

There are NO fees to access or download medical reports. We do not charge you to join, or to share your reports in a secure, electronic format with your opposite counsel.
We always try to serve applicant and defense attorneys. However, if your firm is not listed on our proof of service list, please e-serve us a copy of your Notice Of Representation and those reports will be made available to your firm.
If you wish not to be notify when a new report becomes available, please go to your Account "Profile" and disable "eMail Notifications". Please, keep in mind that you will be responsible to check your account periodically.
If you receive a notification and the report is no longer needed, or you're not the associate handling the case, please disregard the notification. You can also deactivate the feature of "eMail Notifications" from your account profile, this way you will stop receiving notifications when a new report becomes available. Please, keep in mind that you will be responsible to check your account periodically.
"Claims administrators' offices and representatives' offices may designate first class mail, electronic mail or fax as their preferred method of service for receiving documents from the district office and the appeals board. The designated method of service shall be the same for all active cases for that claims administrator's office or representative's office".
(c) The primary treating physician, or a physician designated by the primary treating physician, shall make reports to the claims administrator as required in this section. A primary treating physician has fulfilled his or her reporting duties under this section by sending one copy of a required report to the claims administrator. A claims administrator may designate any person or entity to be the recipient of its copy of the required report. (d) The primary treating physician shall render opinions on all medical issues necessary to determine the employee's eligibility for compensation in the manner prescribed in subdivisions (e), (f) and (g) of this section. The primary treating physician may transmit reports to the claims administrator by mail or FAX or by any other means satisfactory to the claims administrator, including electronic transmission.
